Define the visible customer-facing parts
List the trims, feature panels, display components and entrance details included in the inquiry. Identify which are repeated items and which are unique. Include the shop drawings and the finished dimensions rather than pricing from a mood board alone.
Connect appearance with function
A display surface, an edge trim and a customer-facing screen may need different fabrication details. State expected touch and cleaning conditions. Where material appearance must follow a brand palette, use the project’s approved physical reference and clearly mark all visible sides.
Check installation and packing scope
Describe junctions with joinery, glass, flooring and lighting. Identify fixings, holes and assembled components. A phased fit-out may need pieces labelled by location or installation sequence; include those requirements when comparing quotations.
Keep these details together.
